Moody's gives Aaa to Maryland G.O. bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aaa rating to the State of Maryland's $400 million of general obligation bonds issue, state and local facilities loan of 2008, first series A.

They are scheduled to sell on Feb. 27.

The outlook is stable.
