New Issue: Martin County Health, Fla., prices $105 million Martin Memorial bonds

New York, Aug. 27 – The Martin County Health Facilities Authority of Florida sold $105 million of series 2015 hospital revenue bonds for the Martin Memorial Medical Center, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through Barclays and Ziegler Inc.
The bonds are due 2018 to 2025 with term bonds due in 2028, 2030, 2035, 2041 and 2045. The serial coupons range from 4% to 5%. The 2028 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 109.79, and the 2030 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 98.54. The 2035 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 96.105, and the 2041 bonds have a 4.25% coupon priced at 96.47. The 2045 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 104.639.
Proceeds will be used to construct, improve, equip and renovate Tradition Medical Center.
