New Issue: Wisconsin HEFA sells $104.09 million Marshfield Clinic revenue bonds

New York, June 7 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority priced $104.09 million of series 2012B revenue bonds for the Marshfield Clinic, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/A-/) were sold through Ziegler Capital Group. The co-managers were Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2028 with term bonds due in 2032 and 2040. The serial coupons range from 1.1% to 5%. The 2032 bonds have a split maturity with a 4.25% coupon priced at 97.391 and a 5% coupon priced at 105.404. The 2040 bonds have a split maturity with a 4.5% coupon priced at 96.764 and a 5% coupon priced at 102.891.
Proceeds will be used to finance the costs of constructing, acquiring, equipping and installing certain health care facilities operated by the clinic.
