Moody's lowers Antelope Valley Healthcare, Calif., debt to Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded the underlying and long-term ratings of California's Antelope Valley Healthcare District to Baa3 from Baa2. About $101 million of debt is affected.

The rating is on watch for possible further downgrade.
