Moody's rates Maricopa, Ariz., school bonds Aa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3 rating to the Maricopa County School District No. 69, Ariz.'s $40 million of school improvement bonds project of 2005, series C, and $37.2 million of refunding bonds, series 2008.

Sale of the bonds is expected on April 3.

At the same time, Moody's said it affirmed the Aa3 rating on the district's approximately $288.5 million of outstanding G.O. debt.
