Moody's gives Aaa3 to Maricopa, Ariz., school bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3 rating to the Maricopa County School District No. 4, Ariz.'s $50 million of school improvement bonds, project of 2005, series C.

Sale of the bonds is expected on March 25.

Moody's also said it affirmed the Aa3 rating on the district's $239.3 million of outstanding parity debt.
