North Carolina Commission defeases Maria Parham revenue bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 1 - North Carolina Medical Care Commission announced that it has defeased its series 2003 Maria Parham Medical Center hospital revenue bonds.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2033 and will be redeemed on Oct. 1, 2013.

The U.S. Bank NA is the escrow agent.

The North Carolina Medical Care Commission is based in Raleigh, N.C. The Maria Parham Medical Center is based in Henderson, N.C.
