Marcal Paper Mills unsecured creditors committee gains one new member

Pittsburgh, Dec. 14 - Marcal Paper Mills, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee added one member to the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

Craig L. Klein of Redrock Capital Partners, LLC, Denver, was added to the committee, which also includes James T. Nicholson of Ashland Inc., Dublin, Ohio; David R. Jury of the United Steelworkers, Pittsburgh; and Cosimo Tristani of Rapid Processing, LLC, Brooklyn, N.Y.

Marcal Paper Mills, an Elmwood Park, N.J., manufacturer and distributor of bath tissue, kitchen towels, napkins and facial tissue, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 30, 2006. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-21886.
