New Issue: ABN Amro prices $310,000 notes linked to financial services basket

New York, July 20 - ABN Amro Bank NV issued $310,000 of notes in the Shields (Structured Hybrid Equity Linked Securities) structure linked to a the value of a basket of common stocks or ADRs of 10 financial services companies, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of Bank of America Corp, BBT&T Corp., Citigroup Inc., HSBC Holdings plc, KeyCorp, SunTrust Banks Inc., U.S. Bancorp, Wachovia Corp., Washington Mutual Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co.
At maturity, the notes pay the percentage gain in the basket, based on the average of its quarterly performance over the life of the securities. Investors will receive a minimum of par.
