New Issue: ABN Amro sells $375,000 14% knock-in reverse notes linked to XM Satellite

Seattle, Sept. 6 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced a $375,000 issue of 14% Knock-in Reverse Exchangeable Notes due Sept. 7, 2007 linked to the common stock of XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Payment at maturity will be determined according to the performance of XM Satellite stock. If the stock trades at or below $7.63, the knock-in price, and closes below $12.72, the initial price, investors will receive a number of XM Satellite shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial stock price. Otherwise, investors will receive par in cash.
