Los Angeles, Sept. 3 – Mapletree Treasury Services Ltd. issued S$300 million of 3.15% notes due 2031 on Tuesday, according to a notice.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is the bookrunner.

Mapletree is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust.
