Manor Care failure-to-pay credit event occurs; auction set for July 18

Pittsburgh, June 29 – A failure-to-pay credit event has occurred in connection with Manor Care Inc.

According to a release from Creditex, the auction to settle the credit derivative trades for Manor Care, Inc. CDS will be held on July 18.

The auction settlement date will be July 21.

Manor Care is a Toledo, Ohio-based provider of short-term post-acute and long-term health care.
