Manchester unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Feb. 29 - Manchester, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

The committee members include Josh Arron of LKQ Corp., Chicago; Robert L. Joshlin of Speedway Automotive Distributors, Indianapolis; Debi George of Enterprise Auto Maintenance, Inc., Marietta, Ga.; and Steven Pareja of Financial Relations Board, East Rutherford, N.J.

Manchester, a Dallas-based auto dealership that sells and finances used cars to buyers with limited credit histories or past credit problems, filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 7. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-30703.
