Manchester, N.H., to sell $86.39 million general airport revenue bonds

New York, May 24 - The City of Manchester, N.H., plans to price $86,385,000 of series 2012 general airport revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.
The deal includes $60.1 million of series 2012A non-AMT refunding bonds and $26,285,000 of series 2012B AMT refunding bonds.
The bonds will be sold through Raymond James/Morgan Keegan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
The maturities have not been set.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing airport revenue bonds.
