New Issue: India’s Manappuram Finance sells $300 million 5.9% three-year notes

Los Angeles, Jan. 13 – Manappuram Finance Ltd. issued $300 million of 5.9% senior secured notes due 2023, according to a notice.

UBS AG Singapore Branch and Barclays Bank plc are the lead managers and bookrunners.

The non-banking financial company is based in Thrissur, India.
