India’s Manappuram Finance committee to consider debenture issue

Olympia, Wash., June 5 – Manappuram Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the financial resources and management committee of its board of directors will hold a meeting to consider a private placement of nonconvertible debentures.

The meeting will be held on either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, according to the notice.

The non-banking finance company is based in Thrissur, India.
