UBS changes Cusips for six issues of airbag yield optimization notes

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 14 - UBS AG, London Branch changed the Cusip numbers for six issues of airbag yield optimization notes due June 15, 2012 that priced Friday, according to an amended 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Cusip numbers are as follows:

• 90267U573 for the $629,000 of 9.5% annualized notes linked to the common stock of ANN Inc.;

• 90267U581 for the $4.38 million of 10.91% annualized notes linked to the common stock of Chesapeake Energy Corp.;

• 90267U599 for the $1.27 million of 9.4% annualized notes linked to the common stock of Coach Inc.;

• 90267U607 for the $3.91 million of 10.57% annualized notes linked to the common stock of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold, Inc.;

• 90267U615 for the $592,000 of 9.75% annualized notes linked to the common stock of KeyCorp; and

• 90267U623 for the $935,000 of 10.75% annualized notes linked to the common stock of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

In each case, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price is less than the conversion price, in which case the payout will be a number of underlying shares equal to $1,000 divided by the conversion price.

The conversion price is 75% of the initial share price for the notes linked to ANN, Freeport-McMoRan and KeyCorp. It is 80% of the initial share price for the notes linked to Chesapeake Energy, Coach and Starwood.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.

The notes settled on Wednesday.
