Main Street Capital conducts fixed-income investor calls

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 8 – Main Street Capital Corp. (/BBB-/BBB-) had calls scheduled with fixed-income investors on Monday, according to a 497AD filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC and Truist Securities Inc. arranged the calls.

A transaction may follow subject to market conditions.

The company is a Houston-based principal investment firm that provides debt and equity capital to middle-market companies.
