Fitch rates Maine turnpike bonds AA-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AA- rating to about $45.92 million of Maine Turnpike Authority's turnpike revenue refunding bonds, series 2008, and an A- rating to the authority's approximately $18.3 million of series 2008 special obligation bonds.

The bonds are expected to price the first week of May.

In addition, Fitch said it affirmed the authority's outstanding $357 million of turnpike revenue bonds at AA-.

The outlook is stable.
