St. Louis, Sept. 28 - Hungary's MOL RT priced a €750 million issue of 3 7/8% 10-year senior unsecured fixed-rate notes (BBB-) at mid-swaps plus 70 basis points, according to an informed source.
The deal priced at the tight end of the mid-swaps plus 70 to 72 bps talk, which had been revised from the 75 bps area.
BNP Paribas and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein ran the books for the Regulation S issue.
The Budapest-based issuer is an oil and gas company.
