Magnum Hunter three-member unsecured creditor committee appointed

Bethlehem, Pa., Dec. 23 – Magnum Hunter Resources Corp.’s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The committee members are Rita Marie Ritrovato of Wilmington Trust NA of Wilmington, Del.; Curtis Riddle of Hunt Oil Co. of Dallas; and Michael Rozenfeld of Houston.
Magnum Hunter is an Irving, Texas, oil and gas exploration and production company. Its Chapter 11 case number is 15-12533.
