By Jennifer Chiou

New York, April 13 - OJSC Magnit announced the start of the book-building process for its placement of series BO-06 non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bonds.

In a company press release, Magnit said that it will place the bonds at a fixed price and coupon, and investors have until April 22 to submit offers for the securities.

As announced early in March, the company settled its fully subscribed RUB 5 billion issue of BO-05 series exchange-traded bonds due 2014.
