Magna Resources cancels C$1.2 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 6 - Magna Resources Ltd. announced it will not proceed with a C$1.2 million private placement of units that priced on Aug. 6.

Vancouver, B.C.-based Magna Resources is a mineral exploration company.
