New Issue: Indonesia's Magma Nusantara sells $150 million 10-year bonds to yield 12½%

New York, Dec. 20 - Magma Nusantara Ltd. sold $150 million 10-year secured bonds at par to yield 12½% on Friday, according to a market source.

The coupon may step down to 11½%.

Deutsche Bank was the bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction.

Magma Nusantara, based in Jakarta, is an Indonesian developer of geothermal projects.
