Madison Park Funding XIII directed by holders to redeem secured notes

Olympia, Wash., March 7 – Madison Park Funding XIII, Ltd./Madison Park Funding XIII, LLC received written direction from holders of the required number of subordinated notes to redeem one or more classes of its secured notes from refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A-R, B1-R, B2-R, C-R, D-R, E and F notes and the subordinated notes were notified.

The notes will be redeemed on or before June 30.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
