New Issue: Madison, Wis., prices $58.51 million G.O. promissory notes with 3.824% TIC

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 7 - Madison, Wis., priced $58.51 million in general obligation promissory notes with a 3.824% true interest cost on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The series 2008A notes (Aaa) priced with 4% to 4.3% coupons from 2009 through 2018. The yields were not available.

Hutchinson, Shockey, Erley & Co. was the winning bidder out of eight bids in the competitive sale.
