Anheuser-Busch to redeem $1.18 billion more 2.5% notes on Nov. 12

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 11 – Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV said wholly owned subsidiary Anheuser-Busch InBev Worldwide Inc. plans to redeem $1,179,047,000 of its outstanding 2.5% notes due 2022 on Nov. 12, according to a press release.

As previously reported, the company said that it plans to redeem $1,704,047,000 of the notes on Oct. 29.

The notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to par plus a make-whole premium calculated using a discount rate of Treasuries plus 15 basis points plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Following both redemptions, $454,047,000 of the notes will remain outstanding.
