New Issue: Macquarie Group sells RMB 1.2 billion 3½% seven-year notes

Los Angeles, June 25 – Macquarie Group Ltd. issued RMB 1.2 billion of 3½% notes due 2027, according to a notice.

SinoPac Securities Corp. and KGI Securities Co. Ltd. are the bookrunners.

Macquarie is a Sydney, Australia-based financial services company.
