Proceeds help continue assaying drill core at the Ondundu Gold Project

Knoxville, Tenn., June 23 - Angus Mining (Namibia) Inc. said it has negotiated a C$2 million non-brokered private placement of stock.
The company will sell 8 million common shares at C$0.25 apiece, which is identical to the June 22 closing share price of C$0.25.
Settlement is expected in late June. Forsys Metals Corp. will participate in the placement.
Proceeds will be used to continue assaying drill core at the Ondundu Gold Project, for a portion of the purchase price for the Silver Reef acquisition and for general working capital.
Toronto-based Angus is a precious metals exploration company.
