Mack-Cali to redeem $25 million series C preferred stock on Oct. 28

Minneapolis, Oct. 27 - Mack-Cali announced the redemption of its series C preferred stock on Oct. 28.

The company will pay $2,500 for each preferred, plus accrued dividends through the redemption date.

There is a total of $25 million outstanding.

Mack-Cali is an Edison, N.J.-based office space and property management company.
