Moody's assigns M6 Duna Autopalya Koncesszios Zrt notes Aaa

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Aaa rating to the €212 million floating-rate guaranteed secured notes due 2025 to be issued by M6 Duna Autopalya Koncesszios Zrt.

The agency said that the Aaa rating is based solely upon the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee of scheduled principal and interest by Financial Security Assurance (U.K.) Ltd. (Aaa insurance financial strength rating).

The agency added that the Aaa insurance financial strength rating reflects its strong business franchise, its low-risk and highly diversified insured portfolio and its strong capital base.
