Lupatech files restructuring plan with Sao Paolo court of bankruptcy

Pittsburgh, Aug. 25 – Lupatech SA filed a judicial restructuring plan Tuesday in the proceeding pending before the 1st Court of Bankruptcy, Judicial Restructuring and Dispute Related to Arbitration of Sao Paolo, according to a news release.

As previously reported, the company filed for court-supervised reorganization on May 25.

Lupatech manufactures industrial materials and is based in Caxias do Sul, Brazil.
