Prospect News reports no new defaults for period of May 22 to May 28

Pittsburgh, May 30 - Prospect News reported no new defaults for the period of May 22 through May 28.

Prospect News did report Lupatech SA's Chapter 15 bankruptcy filing. However, Lupatech previously defaulted in connection with a Feb. 14 restructuring and an April 15, 2012 missed interest payment.

Prospect News has reported 57 defaults so far for 2014, including 32 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, eight missed interest payments and five Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings.

Prospect News has also reported two of each of defaults, administrations and concurso mercantile proceedings and one of each of restructurings, missed principal and interest payments, bankruptcy filings, judicial discovery requests, reconstructions and Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act filings.
