India’s L&T Infra Debt Fund plans to issue Rs. 250 million of bonds

Norfolk, Va., April 11 – L&T Infra Debt Fund Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue Rs. 250 million of secured redeemable nonconvertible bonds, according to a notice.

The series A bonds of fiscal year 2016-17 will be issued on a private placement basis with a face value of Rs. 2.5 million each.

L&T Infrastructure Finance Co. Ltd., a sponsor of the debt fund, is a Mumbai-based non-banking financial company.
