Buffalo, N.Y., April 28 – Anglo American Capital plc priced $900 million of 5.5% 10-year notes on Thursday at a spread of 205 basis points over Treasuries, according to a market source.
Pricing came tighter than initial talk in the Treasuries plus 230 bps area.
BMO, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Scotia Capital were the bookrunners.
The company is a financing arm of London-based mining company Anglo American plc.
