Fitch affirms Anglian Water Services

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Anglian Water Services Financing plc's senior secured ratings for its class A debt - both wrapped and unwrapped - at A and affirmed its class B debt at BBB+.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect the transparent U.K. regulatory regime, albeit with outstanding uncertainties surrounding the water regulator's ongoing price review, Fitch said.

The ratings also capture the company's operating performance and the secured nature of the group's financing structure, which benefits from structural enhancements and debt service reserve liquidity, the agency said.
