New Issue: South Korea's Lotte Shopping prices ¥11 billion three-year notes at 2.52125%

New York, Oct. 7 - Lotte Shopping Co. Ltd. priced ¥11 billion three-year unsecured notes at a rate of 2.52125%, according to a press release.

Good Morning Shinhan Securities acted as the bookrunner.

Proceeds from the notes due on Sept. 29, 2011 will be used for general corporate purposes and redemption of outstanding commercial paper.

Lotte Shopping is a Seoul, South Korea-based retailer.
