Lord Abbett Convertible Fund changes portfolio managers

San Luis Obispo, Calif., May 1 - Lord Abbett Investment Trust made a change to the April 1 prospectus for its Lord Abbett Convertible Fund, according to a form 497 filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Christopher J. Towle and Alan R. Kurtz are the portfolio managers for the fund, with Kurtz replacing Frank T. Timons.

Jersey City-based Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC is the fund's investment adviser.
