Longview Global Allocation Fund OKs privately issued notes investments

San Diego, March 9 - Valued Advisers Trust announced that its Longview Global Allocation Fund may invest in privately issued notes as well as the exchange-traded products in which the fund currently invests.

The privately issued notes must track similar indexes and obtain similar market exposure as the current exchange-traded notes that the fund invests in.

Wilmington, Del.-based Longview Capital Management, LLC serves as the fund's investment adviser.
