Knoxville, Tenn., June 7 - Liquidation World Inc. said it raised C$1.5 million in a non-brokered private placement of units.
The company sold 2,205,883 units at C$0.68 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one half-share warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$0.85 for three years.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes.
Calgary, Alta.-based Liquidation World is a retailer.
