Aneka Tambang seven-year notes seen with coupon of 7¾%-8%, pricing late this week

St. Louis, Sept. 10 - PT Aneka Tambang's offering of approximately $270 million of seven-year non-call-four offshore notes (B3/B) is expected to price late this week, according to a market source.

The indicative coupon is 7¾%-8%.

The deal will be issued through Antam Finance Ltd.

ABN Amro is the bookrunner for the emerging markets offering.

The notes will be non-callable for four years.

The Jakarta, Indonesia gold and nickel producer will use proceeds will be used to fund a nickel smelting plant and a power station.
