Singapore’s Lippo Malls Indonesia establishes S$1 billion euro program

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 8 – Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust has established a S$1 billion euro medium-term securities program, according to an announcement from LMIRT Management Ltd., the manager of Lippo Malls Indonesia.

The program includes medium-term notes and perpetual securities.

LMIRT Capital Pte. Ltd. and HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd., in its capacity as trustee of Lippo Malls Indonesia, would be the issuers for any notes sold under the program, and HSBC would be the issuer for any perpetual securities.

BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank are the arrangers and dealers of the program.

Lippo Malls Indonesia is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust.
