Atlanta, May 5 - Indonesia's Lippo Karawaci, acting through subsidiary Sigma Capital Pte. Ltd., priced $81.65 million senior notes (B1/B/B+) due 2015 at par to yield 9%, according to a company announcement.
Citigroup Global Markets Singapore and Deutsche Bank (Singapore branch) were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
An additional $188.96 million of the 9% notes due 2015 was issued in exchange for the company's existing 8 7/8% notes due 2011.
Lippo Karawaci is a property developer.
