Knoxville, Tenn., June 18 - Lions Gate Metals Inc. said it amended the terms of a non-brokered private placement of units, which will now raise C$1.83 million. The deal priced for up to C$1.5 million on May 13.
The company will now sell 1.2 million flow-through units of one common share and one two-year half-share warrant at C$0.90 per unit. It also will sell 937,500 units of one common share and one five-year half-share warrant at C$0.80 per unit.
Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$1.00.
Proceeds will be used for exploration.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Lions Gate owns substantial copper and molybdenum projects located in British Columbia.
