Linens 'n Things hearing for approval of stalking horse bid continued to Wednesday

Portland, Ore., May 20 - Linens Holdings Co.'s hearing for approval of the bid protections offered to Tiger Capital Group, LLC and SB Capital Group, LLC will continue on Wednesday, according to a source familiar with the case.

The hearing began Tuesday at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, Linens named Tiger Capital and SB Capital as the liquidating agent stalking horse bid in connection with Linens' proposed going-out-of-business sales.

Linens 'n Things, a Clifton, N.J., home furnishings specialty retailer, filed for bankruptcy on May 2 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10832.
