U.S. Trustee appoints five to Limited unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, Jan. 24 – Limited Stores Co., LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are David Levinson of LF Centennial Pte Ltd. of New York; Timothy Faber of LLS Freight of Columbus, Ohio; Brad Wallace of Tru Fragrance & Beauty LLC of Willowbrook, Ill.; Ronald Tucker of Simon Property Group, Inc., based in Indianapolis; and Julie Minnick Bowden of GGP LP, based in Chicago.

Limited Stores is a New Albany, Ohio-based retailer of contemporary upscale branded women’s apparel. The company filed bankruptcy on Jan. 17 under Chapter 11 case number 17-10124.
