Offering sells 250,000 common shares at $0.32 apiece to two investors

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 24 - LILM, Inc. settled an $80,000 private placement of stock on Oct. 15, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 250,000 restricted common shares at $0.32 per share. The price per share is a 62.36% discount to the Oct. 14 closing share price of $0.85.
Sarah Campbell invested $32,000 and Thomas G. Campbell invested $48,000.
The Salt Lake City company makes and markets the LiL Marc, a plastic boys toilet-training device constructed of white polyethylene plastic having the appearance of white porcelain.
