DBRS gives BBB (high) to Liberty Utilities notes

DBRS said it assigned a rating of BBB (high), with a stable trend, to the $225 million series A senior notes issued by Liberty Utilities Finance GP 1 and guaranteed by Liberty Utilities Co.

Proceeds from this private placement issue will be mostly used for the purchase of electric and gas utilities in the United States. Any remaining balance will be used for general corporate purposes.
