Liberty Star Uranium negotiates $2 million private placement of units

Deal sells units of one common share, half-share three-year warrant

Knoxville, Tenn., June 3 – Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. said it arranged a $2 million private placement of units.

The company will sell units of one common share and a half-share warrant at $0.004 per unit.

The whole warrants are each exercisable at $0.004 for three years.

Proceeds will be used for Phase 1 of the Hay Mountain Project.

Based in Tucson, Ariz., Liberty Star is a uranium exploration company.
