Liberty Star Uranium wraps $50,000 private placement of equity units

Units of shares and warrants sold at $0.03321 apiece to lone investor

Knoxville, Tenn., July 20 - Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. completed a $50,000 private placement of units with an investor on July 13, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 1,505,571 units of one common share and one warrant at $0.03321 per unit.

Each of the warrants is exercisable at $0.04649 until July 13, 2015. The strike price is a 16.23% premium to $0.04, the July 12 closing share price.

Located in Tucson, Ariz., Liberty Star is a uranium exploration company.
